An email came in today that had a previous chain going from over a year ago , at the bottom of it was the below snippet from a guy who used to work here
Customer had made a query, then chased up a reply a month later.
This was the agent’s reply to the customer
Hi Derek
I’m sorry about the delay but I am currently busy at the moment so I can’t help with your query but once I have time I’ll drop you an email on step by step on how to do it.
